He joined the company in 2006 and has more than 17 years of experience growing global service sales, developing strategic customer solutions, and implementing long-lasting client partnerships. With a background in learning and development, Daren also has extensive experience in training outsourcing, digital content transformation, and technology-based solutions.

Nancy leads Aptara’s Professional Services Group. She joined the company in 2010 and brings over 25 years of experience in the learning industry focusing on client relationships, sales, and management. A member of several professional organizations, including ATD, the Society for Technical Communications, the Society for Human Resource Management, the American Management Association, and the International Society for Performance Improvement, keep her current on learning industry trends.
